Fees and Services

Our extensive library of quartet music, including arrangements written by Holly Gullen Stout,
gives us the opportunity to offer a variety of musical styles for your event.

RETAINER FEE	A $200.00 non-refundable retainer fee is required with the return of a signed contract. The fee is deducted from the balance which will be due 7 days before your event.
TRAVEL	A fee of $1 per mile round trip and 20% travel fees for outside the area of Omaha will be added. (Bellevue, Gretna, Elkhorn, Papillion, Ralston and La Vista are included in the "Omaha area." No Travel Fees will be added for these cities.)
HOLIDAYS	15% may be added for bookings made for holidays; i.e. Jan. 1, Feb. 14th, Easter, Mother's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or December 31st after 6 PM.
SEASONAL	Seasonal discounts may apply. Inquire by email.

Wedding Ceremonies
up to 2 hours from prelude to postlude or until guests have exited the venue. Could include a 15 minute rehearsal with a singer. If your service will be longer, please contact Holly with the details of our service for a price quote.

Additional fees

Rehearsal with a vocalist or other soloist
When more than 15 minutes of rehearsal time is necessary.
On the day of your wedding, 60 minutes before the ceremony, we will meet and rehearse with the soloist at the ceremony location. This fee may be waived under some circumstances, or if you choose your vocalist from our list of vocalists with whom we have previously worked. Please discuss your plans with Holly.

Preparation of music which is not currently on our list.
When a bride & groom would like to have music performed which is not currently on our list, Holly will be happy to arrange the music for the quartet to perform. There may be a charge for this service. The fee for this will be determined by the complexity of the music requested. Please discuss these plans with Holly. Six (6) weeks notice is requested for this service.

Our hourly rate for receptions and other events:

up to 2 hours $600

2 1/2 hours $650

3 hours $700

3 1/2 hours $750

A 15 minute break will be taken every 90 minutes.

A $200.00 deposit is required with the return of a signed contract.
The deposit is deducted from the balance which will be due 7 days before your event.
